The Munster High School girls tennis team enters the 2025 season determined to build on its tradition of competitive excellence in the Northwest Crossroads Conference. Returning varsity players bring valuable postseason experience, while a strong group of underclassmen is pushing to earn lineup spots.

Preseason training has focused on serve accuracy, aggressive net play, and maintaining composure during extended rallies. The coaching staff has emphasized conditioning to ensure players can sustain high-intensity points deep into matches, especially against top conference opponents.

Early-season duals and invitationals will be used to fine-tune doubles pairings and test singles lineups. The Mustangs’ blend of seasoned leadership and fresh energy offers flexibility in match strategy, allowing for tactical adjustments throughout the season.

With several key returners anchoring the roster, the team aims to convert close matches into decisive wins and position itself for a strong run in sectional and regional tournaments.

For Munster, the 2025 campaign is not only about chasing victories but also about strengthening team culture, fostering resilience, and ensuring each player is prepared for high-pressure moments. The Mustangs’ depth and determination set the tone for another competitive spring on the courts.
